Individual massage….my personal favourite
Throughout the years that I have been working with Ayurvedic massages, I have created a treatment that is individually composed of different techniques of Ayurvedic massages.
After a detailed preliminary consultation, you will receive an Ayurvedic treatment with medicinal oil tailored to your current condition.
Depending on your individual constitution and current ailments, this treatment will be a mixture of Marma point, Abhyanga and elements of Kalari massage.
A combination of deep tissue massage, energy points and relaxation for the muscles and nervous system, supplemented with a gentle cupping massage if required.
This is not an intuitive massage, but based on clear Ayurvedic principles, only very individually tailored to you and your needs.
I offer this treatment, too, for 60 or 90 minutes. Please note that you should allow an extra 60 minutes for the preliminary consultation, post-treatment rest and relaxed dressing.
