I love cooking and I am convinced that I can inspire your ennthusiasm for Ayurvedic cuisine,too, with all its spices and flavours. An Ayurveda cookery course is a great opportunity to discover or deepen your knowledge of Ayurvedic cuisine. It’s fun to understand why one thing is good for you and something else is not. I will try out different forms of preparation with you and explain their effects and differences.

Ayurvedic nutrition means eating in harmony with the laws of nature. Fresh, seasonal and preferably organic ingredients tailored to your individual constitution. Taking into account the six flavours, we cook carefully and with love, and eat consciously and with joy – according to Ayurveda, this is the key to good digestion, optimal utilisation of nutrients and a healthy diet.

Depending on the composition of the group, we consider the focus in advance. Are you interested in vegetarian or vegan dishes? Should the focus be on preparing a detox day? Or would you simply like to experience Ayurvedic cuisine in a new way and get to know new flavours? Ayurvedic cuisine is not necessarily only vegan or vegetarian.

I always cook in small groups of 3 to a maximum of 4 people. Of course, this group can also consist of just your circle of friends. This is also very popular as a birthday present.

The cost is around €40 – €60 per person, depending on the number of people and the choice of dish and season. Estimated duration 3 to maximum 4 hours. You also have the option of doing an individual cooking course with me. The costs are then approx. 100-120€. A preparatory cooking course for your detox cure costs approx. 50-70€.
